Little loom

An ongoing series of small works on hard wood offcuts ‘Little Loom’ is dedicated to my Mormor. A little monarch butterfly, a steady matriarch, and the brightest moon. It’s a dedication to finding what holds you, something you can return to, and a tangible way to pray. To making maps of who you were, who you are and who you will be. These works show the momentary shifting in visual conversations where an artist kneels and meets these small, discarded wood pieces and finds her way.
